A night of cold filled the land of the crystle forest with it's gliming light from the full moon's light with a shadow coming to the action of darkness. A sound of wind wispering throught the land of leaveless trees as a blood red scarf cam to view with unknown sounds of a beast cry that came to it's limit. It's call yelled out for help, but too late it was as a gun fire had filled the air as it left the wind with silents to cover the gun's tracks of anything. As a Behemoth came to it's needs with nothing but lifeless blood to fill the air. A Man with black hair came to view with his back turn and nothing was in his way now. Seeking something to eat, a tree with a apple came to view as a gun shot came to sound once more with the apple being grab from Midair and a swift movement was made to only a view of the blood scarf to cover the man's Shell of chaos.
The shadows hid him well since he was to be dead long ago really, except the lifestream had given him the luck being alive for some reason. And his quest was soon coming again.

Shivering as she walked out in the cold, Tifa started searching for one of her Friends Vincent Valentaine. It has been a while since she saw or heard of him. She wasn't even sure if he was still in this world. The only thing she had to go by was those rumors she heard from the citizens of Midgar. A dark figure wearing a red clock was back in town. Tifa decided to follow that rumor hoping it would lead her to Vincent.
Hearing a few gun shots she hurried to the scene to see the same figure the citizens described standing there in front of her. "Vincent?" She asked unsure but took a step closer to the one in front of her.

A voice coming from behind, Vincent was his name and gun shooting was his A-Game as he turn to see Tifa. One of his friends that he help with saving the world time as he had the stare as always with silents to fill the winds blowing throgh. He then for some reason held the gun up to her strightly, a three pointed barrle at her? Why would he do such a thing? A second then, he shot at her, but it didn't make contact with her as something else got his hawk like eyes. A loud roar came to sound as something was right behind Tifa as it almost fell on her, But Vincent knew Tifa since she can take care of herself.
A smoking gun was place over his back as he just stared at her with only word to come out of his breath. "Hey." That was the only thing he said as the silents came after he said that very word. "Next time. Don't get in my range of fire Tifa." He said to her as he turn to walk away from her as the wind was blowing throught his scarf like a blood bath scene.

He turned it was him but then a gun pointed at her "um...... Vincent" What was he doing? He fired but the bullet just flew past her hitting another target. She shook her head taking another step, but after greeting her Vincent decided to leave and turned his back to her.
"Hey, next time. Don't get in my range of fire Tifa..... is that all I get after a year of searching for you?" She quoted him then added her own words at the end. Vincent was always cold but this was just too much even fir him.
She ran to stop in his way. Tifa wasn't going to let him out of her sight, she finally found one of her friends. "Whats with you your acting colder than usual today. Holding a gun up at me then shooting the one behind me...... is that how you greet an old friend?"

Hearing her outlash from her mouth, Vincent just stop a few steps just to turn to her with cold words as the land itself. "I have no time with you all. I got things to do and leave me be. I'm warning you once and only once Tifa." Just saying that may have been cold to her, but he didn't need anyone to get in his way for now. He and her may be friends, but he needed to get his work done as he turn and try to walk away again to search for something here in the Forest that was said to hold a power here. Unknown to him, this power maybe good or evil. It didn't matter to him since he was going to sell it maybe for just a good price of Gil. Such violent words been said as the wind was blowing so coldly to them both and leaving the dead bodies of two behemoths with Tifa if she was going to stay their.

He turned away from her again but this time after threatening her. Something was wrong dead wrong. No matter how cold Vincent was in the past he has never threatened any of his friends. 'He might be cold but he always cared' She thought watching him walk away, but she couldn't let it end here.
Tifa ran after him again standing in his way just like before. "Apparently you don't know me as much as I thought you did Vincent. A threat wouldn't stop me. More importantly I am worried this isn't like you.......... could this have something to do with the Darkness?"She asked standing there

He just got block off from his path to the area of his location he needed to check on as he look down on her. With hwak like eye's that peirce anyone's heart into fear, he had to say somehting. "No. It's something I've been searching for and I hope you stop following me. It's my problem. Not yours. Now go back. Cloud must be worried sick about you." Vincent was actually finish as he move towards her side and just walk to the direction of the creator, but not to far near that place. It was somehting he heard about in a book he was reading once. "Don't worry. You'll come back. I hope." His mind said as he wasn't that far to the mountian side to climb up, and knowing Tifa. She was right behind him, he guess.

So he had a problem and was trying to deal with it. That made sense. Now Tifa knew why he acted the way he did. Vincent always tried to do things on his own. He never asked for help not from anyone even his friends, but Tifa and the others always offered.
"So thats what it was...... Cloud is fine he is out searching for you too we are worried about you and maybe is not good enough" Crossing her arms she took a few steps ahead trying to see what was so important that lied in that forest. "Look Vincent let me help you" Tifa added as she continued to follow him

He turn to her as he was near the mountian that had the weapons they fought together, his mind so in tone with something so dear. "You want to help? Then leave. That's the only thing you can help me is by leave now. I need to do this one alone." His eyes was so sadden by something that it had to be done by his own hands that would leave everything behind to do this one and only one alone. With winds that wishper the cold to his face, he had to look for something on the side of the mountian as a place to reach a cretian spot. "Where the hell is it? Damn it all." His mouth ran as he slide his body gently as if looking for a door of some sort. something he heard about had to be real and his chances was a slim from 1/1,000 and it was going to be doing this for some time.

"Your even worse than Cloud in this. I never really understood you two" Shaking her head at the thought but those two would never change. At least Cloud tried to he finally opened up to her and she was doing the same. "Vincent wait" Tifa called as she ran to catch up to him. "What will you lose if you accept my help? Just for once say yes" She gave that smile she was famous for as she walked again after Vincent "Your not alone Vincent you have friends that want to help. You should not carry all that burden alone."

He had to turn to her as a smile was on her face. "That's not going to work on me Tifa. This is personal. I have to do this if I want her back her." That was now the only thing he said to her as he found a metal handle. "This is it. Get back Tifa." He warn her as he went back him self and just fire his Cerberus at the handle about 5-7 times just to have it nod to the side so he can se the rest of it. "This is where we depart. Good bye Tifa." He said as if he was ready to hurry for death and moved the door to go inside a Crystle caverns that they went in before. Moving along with a the gun in his hand, he pulled out a mech and was using it to look for the item's power. "Time to get to work." HIs mind ready himself as he knew monsters was in here and he was ready for it. No joke. He even had items that cause damage to anything that attack him, althou he had no time for them to play with Vincent.

He was talking about her Lucrecia. Now she understood. This was something Vincent had to do alone just like Cloud had to fight Sephiroth alone a year ago. Maybe if he did this the burden on his shoulders would lighten. 'Dilly dally shilly shally' didn't seem to work for Vincent so maybe this will.
"Wait" Tifa said reaching a hand to grab his arm before he went any further. "Alright...... I understand Vincent and I will leave if you promise me one thing"

He felt Tifa's hand hold him as to help him, but instead she ask him. "Alright...... I understand Vincent and I will leave if you promise me one thing" He look at her a since he was ready to go for the chance he always wanted. "What would it be Tifa?" He ask since she was going to leave him alone finally. That was something that this and only this chance he was ever going to get to his love. The mech in his hand wasn't showing any power level change in the area yet, but that's because he was talking with Tifa and waited for her to say it.

Tifa smiled again as she saw him turn to face her. If it was something else then she wouldn't leave but this was one thing she knew Vincent had to do alone. "That you will come back in one piece.......... don't do anything rash Vincent alright? Thats all I ask promise me this and I will leave." This place was dangerous, if one is not careful then his life might end and Tifa didn't want that for Vincent. He was her friend someone she did trust with her life and that was why she cared about him.

He heard her request since this was hard place to fight, even for vincent's might. Nodding his head to her, he just look up to the cavern. "I'll come back. When this is over and be in one piece." He promise her that and he could feel her hand leting go of him. He just had a Gun with bullets or rapid fire and the power he seeking to find, he ran inside with the gun infront and left the seen of light with Tifa behind at the doorway. His mission was to find that power and bring back the one he loved so dear. His path towards her was soon to come.
