Personality: On most days, Noctis maintains a very collected aura, though quite cool and aloof this may seem, he is actually a relatively shy character. This shyness is evident when he meets Stella Nox Fleuret and engages in brief conversation with her, although there are signs he appears to open up when he suggests she stopped calling him 'Lord Noctis'.
This type of friendly development shows he is not indifferent to all, such as when he is seen with his friends and laughs. The prince is in general a phlegmatic, consumed in his troubles and thoughts of the ever knocking wars that come to his door but this shadows the potentially compassionate true nature making him a complex person.
As he sits on his throne, a vision to none, his cool'ness' becomes stemmed from the way he is treated and perceived by commoners and others, and is in fact a facade he puts on to stay in a comfort zone, and to hide his inability to communicate extrovertedly with the likes of Stella Nox Fleuret. There is no real outward gesture that Noctis finds himself doing, that can define his character, but the complexities make him quite eccentric.
History: Little is known of Noctis' direct history, except that of his rank and status in the city state as protector of the Crystals. As the last heir to the Caelum dynasty, he is alone without blood relatives. Tenebrae is his apparent home and a beautiful place where his family was known to govern like a modern-day mafia.
Swearing to protect the Crystals like his forefathers, he is in line for kingship to continue the Caelum dynasty. Though in such loneliness, he is often in the company of 'friends', his driver, and notably a fugitive.
It is assumed that he has been the chosen one to protect the Crystals from marauders and barbarians seeking claim of them for some time as he displays unearthly skills in battle. He is known to all as one capable to destroy an army singlehandedly.
Weapon: Noctis is able to wield a variety of weapons, ranging from spears to firearms and swords although his favourite and primary weapon seems to be a falchion fashioned with an engine at the hilt.
Ability: His weapons, paired with telekinesis, gives him the capability to summon all weapons at once in a glamourous display and use them as a force shield wall.
As they are conjured at his will, he is able to teleport to wherever they are so as to momentarily exchange weapons and throw one a great distance then reappear before it lands.
A symbol marked in blue light around him, is known to appear when he is summoning his weapons. Similarly, when engaging in battle, his eyes change to a gleaming red shade and his hair becomes more tinted in a metallic blue-silver.
