So I just thought this was funny. The other day I started watching an anime called 'Kemono no Souja Erin' or Beast Player Erin. I think whoever wrote the story was a huge Final Fantasy 4 fan because it's basically the exact same as Rydia's story from FF4. Look:
Erin is: a green-haired, green-eyed girl of the People of Mist (a people hated by the kingdom) whose mother tends to big monsters used for fighting. After her mother dies she must take her place as a monster tamer. Also Erin's mother was the only member of Erin's family still alive when the story began.
Rydia is: a green-haired, green-eyed girl of the Village of Mist (a people hated by the kingdom) whose mother summons big monsters used for fighting. After her mother dies she must take her place as a summoner. Also Rydia's mother was the only member of Rydia's family still alive when the story began.
